Story
It started in 2012 with one offset smoker, a pile of seasoned hickory, and a recipe perfected over years of backyard trial and error. Our founder built a small pit in the heart of the valley, serving slow-smoked brisket and ribs to neighbors who craved the authentic, deep-wood flavor of true craft barbecue.
Word spread quickly through the community, from local markets to weekend gatherings. One pit became a dedicated smokehouse, and that smokehouse became a destination for those who appreciate the patience required for real barbecue. Today, triple s craft Bbq serves the same uncompromising quality to our loyal patrons.
We have grown, but our process remains unchanged: low and slow, using only the finest cuts and natural hardwoods. We believe in honest food, prepared with care and served with pride. That is our story. The rest is just smoke and fire.
